为让全区城乡群众充分享受优质的图书馆文献资源服务,平桥区政府先行先试,按照公共图书馆总分馆制的建设模式,初步建成了惠及千家万户的新型农村公共文化服务体系,效益显著。总结探究平桥区图书馆总分馆服务体系建设成效、运行经验等,为其他地区乡镇图书馆建设提供借鉴和参考。
