摘要
以哈尔滨市图书馆社区分馆为例,阐述了社区图书馆与社区的关系,分析了哈尔滨市社区图书馆的现状,提出了社区图书馆未来的发展策略。
Taking the community branch of Harbin Library as an example, this paper expounds the relationship between community library and community, analyzes the present situation of community libraries in Harbin City, and puts forward some strategies for the future development of community library.
