摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪对冠心病心功能不全患者心功能和心肌代谢的影响。方法收集沈阳市苏家屯区中心医院2014-2015年收治的冠心病合并心功能不全患者94例，分为观察组和对照组各47例。两组患者均采用心力衰竭的标准治疗，观察组同时给予盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能和心肌代谢情况。结果两组患者经过3个月的治疗后，左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、每搏输出量、金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1均高于治疗前，左室舒张末期内径、左室舒张末期容积、能量代谢水平、基质金属蛋白酶-9均低于治疗前，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗后观察组上述各项指标改善程度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论曲美他嗪能明显改善冠心病心功能不全患者的心功能和心肌能量代谢，值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of trimetazidine on the cardiac function and myocardial metabolism of patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac functional insufficiency. Methods Ninety-four cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with cardiac insufficiency in Central Hospital of Sujiatun District of Shenyang from 2014 to 2015 were collected. The patients were divided into two groups including observation group and control group with 47 patients in each group. The two groups underwent the standard treatment for heart failure. The observation group received the treatment of Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets at the same time, and the conditions of cardiac fimction and myocardial metabolism of the two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results After three months of treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular fractional shortening, stroke volume and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 of two groups were higher than that before treatment, while the left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular end diastolic volume, energy metabolism, matrix metalloproteinase-9 of the two groups were lower than that before treatment. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The degree of improvement of the indexes of the observation group after treatment was better than the control group, and the differences were of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine can significantly improve the cardiac function and myocardial energy metabolism of patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac functional insufficiency, which is worth promoting in use.
