摘要 心肌能量代谢是影响冠心病患者心功能的重要因素。曲美他嗪作为调节心肌能量代谢药物,通过降低游离脂肪酸的氧化速率,减轻线粒体内钙聚积,使心肌细胞内氧自由基产生减少,发挥线粒体保护、抗氧化应激等多方面的药理作用,从而发挥对心肌的保护作用,维持ATP的产生和缺血心肌细胞的能量代谢及收缩功能。临床广泛应用于心绞痛、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、糖尿病合并冠心病及经皮冠状动脉介入围术期等的治疗。 Myocardial energy metabolism is an important factor that affects the heart function in patients with coronary heart disease.Trimetazidine,as a myocardial metabolism regulating agent,through lowering the oxidation speed of free fatty acids ,reducing the mitochondrial calcium accumulation and decreasing the genera-tion of oxyradical, plays the pharmacological effects of anti-oxidative stress and mitochondria protection to achieve the purpose of protecting the myocardium,to maintain the ATP generation and the energy metabolism and contractile function of ischemic cardiac muscle cells ,which is widely applied in the treatment of angina , heart failure,myocardial infarction and peri-operation period of percutaneous coronary intervention in clinical .
