摘要
探讨适合交联型莱赛尔纤维与粘胶纤维混纺产品定量分析的后处理方式。采用甲酸/氯化锌溶解交联型莱赛尔纤维与粘胶纤维混纺产品中的粘胶纤维,使用化学试验中常用到的6种过滤、洗涤方式对溶解后剩余物进行后处理,比较了交联型莱赛尔纤维质量修正系数d值的大小和稳定性。结果表明:使用不锈钢筛网过滤,剩余物加入十二烷基磺酸钠溶液手动振荡洗涤、洗净后稀醋酸浸泡的后处理方式,d值具有较好的稳定性,确定交联型莱赛尔纤维的d值为0.98。
Post-treatment method suitable for cross-linked Lyocell fiber and viscose fiber blended product quantitative analysis was discussed.Formic acid/zinc chloride were used to dissolve viscose fiber in cross-linked Lyocell fiber and viscose fiber blended product.Residual substances after dissolution were post-treated through 6 commonly used filtration and washing methods in chemical test.Quality correction coefficient d value and stability of cross-linked Lyocell fiber were contrasted.The results showed that using stainless steel mesh filtering,adding sodium dodecyl sulfate solution in residue substances then manual oscillation washing,then soaking in dilute acetic acid,and the d value stability was better,ensuring d value of cross-linked Lyocell fiber was 0.98.
