摘要
采用燃烧法、显微镜观察法、溶解法、药品着色法和红外吸收光谱法对圣麻纤维和竹浆纤维进行了鉴别,测试了圣麻纤维和竹浆纤维的形态特征、力学性能、摩擦性能、卷曲弹性等,并进行了对比分析。结果表明,用溶解法和红外吸收光谱法难以鉴别圣麻纤维和竹浆纤维;圣麻纤维的干、湿态初始模量小于竹浆纤维,两者吸湿后强度降低;圣麻纤维的抱合性好于竹浆纤维;圣麻纤维卷曲耐久性和卷曲的恢复能力差于竹浆纤维。
Burning method, estimating method by microscope, dissolution method, drug coloring method and infrared radiation spectrum method were used to identify the Shengma fiber and bamboo pulp fiber and then the morphological characteristics, mechanical properties, friction properties, crimp elasticities of the two fibers were tested and compared. The results show that: it is difficult to identify the Shengma fiber and bamboo pulp fiber by dissolution method and infrared radiation spectrum methodl the initialmodulus of Shengma fiber is lower than bamboo pulp fiber; the cohesion force of bamboo pulp fiber is inferior to Shengma fiber; but the crimp durability and circumflex recovery ability of bamboo pulp fiber is better than Shengma fiber.
