摘要
轻薄化、可扩展与低成本是现代有源相控阵天线的主要发展目标,集成化设计是实现这些目标的重要技术方法。针对高频段有源相控阵天线的基本特点,介绍了有源相控阵天线集成设计的基本概念。结合典型的应用实例重点研究了集成设计方法在有源子阵集成和天线结构框架集成上的应用,同时指出了存在的技术难点。最后介绍了有源相控阵天线集成技术的发展方向:微系统集成技术,并指出了其中的关键技术。
Thin and light,scalability and low cost are the main development goals of modern active phased array antenna,which can be achieved through integration design. Based on the main characteristics of high frequency active phased array antennas,the basic concept of integration design of active phased array antenna is introduced. The application of integration design method in active sub-array integration and antenna structure framework integration is emphatically studied according to typical application examples,and the technical difficulties are proposed. Finally,microsystem integration technology which is thought as the development trend of integration technology of active phased array antenna is introduced,and its key technologies are also pointed out.
