摘要
相控阵雷达天线阵面上的电缆或水管在穿过阵面箱壁时的过孔处易引发阵面漏水问题,为了解决这一问题,总结了目前已有的可应用于过线管孔处密封的技术,指出采用模块化密封系统是一种密封可靠、安装更换与扩容方便、外形美观的密封方式,并采用了模块化密封系统中焊接与螺接形式的密封件分别制造了试验件,进行了淋雨试验。试验表明,焊接形式的密封件不易发生螺接形式中由于密封垫片选型设计不当导致的漏水问题,且节省安装空间,是一种适于天线阵面上过线管孔处的密封方式。天线阵面在实际设计过程中,可根据密封与成本等要求灵活选用各种密封方式,但在有严格的密封要求、便于安装更换与扩容等情况下,宜优先采用焊接形式的模块化密封系统。
The holes opened on the wall of the antenna array used for the threading of the cables and pipes in the active phased array radar can easily cause the leakage of the array. To solve the problem, this paper sum- marizes the existing technologies which can be used for the seal of the holes, and puts forward that adopting modularized sealing system is a reliable and good-looking sealing way, which is convenient to assemble and easy to change and expand. The test device with welded and bolt-connected sealing elements of the modular- ized sealing system is designed and fabricated. Raining test for the device is carried out. It indicates that leak- age never occurs in the welded sealing element, whereas easily occurs in the bolt-connected sealing element caused by improper model selection and design of the sealed gasket. Besides, the installation space can be saved using the welded sealing element. It is concluded that during the actual design of the antenna array, the sealing way can be selected flexibly according to the sealing and cost requirement, while the welded sealing el- ement of the modularized sealing system is recommended in the situation requiring strict sealing property of the hole, convenient changing and expanding of the cables and pipes.
