摘要
目的观察谷氨酰胺并肠外营养支持在外科术后危重患者中的应用价值。方法外科术后危重患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。两组患者均于术后第1天行肠外营养支持,观察组在对照组的基础上加用加丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺20g(商品名:力太注射液,华瑞制药)。治疗后检测两组患者营养指标、免疫指标。结果观察组治疗第7天营养指标及免疫指标均较对照组明显改善。结论加用谷氨酰胺的肠外营养支持能明显改善外科术后危重患者的营养状况及免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effect of glutamine added total parenteral nutrition(TPN) on nutrition and immune function of critical patients after surgical. Methods 50 critical patients after surgical were assigned into treatment group and control group randomly. All patients underwent TPN on day 1 after surgery. Injection of glutamine was given to the treatment group with a dose of 20 g ( trade name :litai, sino swed pharmaceutical coporation hd). The level of nutrition and immune index were determined and compared between ld and 7d after TPN. Results The outcome of treatment group was better than control group after 7 days treatment. Conclusion TPN added alanyl glutamine can be beneficial to critical patients after surgical and can improve patientg nutrition, enhance their immune function.
