摘要
经过多年建设,目前我国煤炭铁路运输格局较为完善,运力已基本满足社会煤炭物流需求。针对国家发改委发布的《促进物流业发展三年行动计划(2014—2016年)》和《煤炭物流发展规划》中提到的重点干线及储备体系建设情况进行描述,分析其存在的问题,并对未来发展做出了展望。
After some years of construction,now China s coal railway transportation pattern has become comparatively perfect,and the transport capacity has basically met the demand of social coal logistics requirement.This paper describes the status of major rail lines and coal reserve system construction mentioned by ＂Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting the Logistics Industry Development（2014-2016）＂ and ＂Coal Logistics Development Planning＂,analyzes the existing problems,and makes a prospect for the future development.
