摘要
阐述了煤炭行业煤矿安全标准化技术委员会(简称“煤安标委会”)对推动行业科技进步的促进作用;梳理了煤安标委会归口标准发布年份、标准体系情况。总结分析了标委会9个方面的工作及其目前存在的问题。针对新时代我国标准化工作出现的几个新变化,从加强顶层设计、加大重点领域安全生产相关标准预研究、加强国际交流与合作等5个方面,提出煤炭行业煤矿安全生产标准化工作的新要求。
This paper expounds the role of Coal Mine Safety Standardization Technical Committee(hereinafter referred to as Coal Mine Safety Standardization Committee)in promoting the scientific and technological progress of the coal industry,sorts out the release year and system of standards from Coal Mine Safety Standardization Committee of China's coal industry,summarizes and analyzes the 9 aspects of works of Coal Mine Safety Standardization Committee and the existing problems.In view of several new changes in China's standardization work in the new era,new requirements for standardization work of coal mine safety production in coal industry are put forward from five aspects including strengthening the top-level design,increasing preliminary research on safety production related standards in key areas,strengthening international exchanges and cooperation and so on.
