摘要
目的分析探讨脑梗死患者应用中医康复护理的可行性及效果,为临床提供参考依据。方法将我院收治的100例脑梗死患者作为研究对象(患者的收治时间在2013年1月至2014年1月期间),所有患者均采取中医康复护理,于护理结束后,比较分析护理前后的神经功能缺损评分、日常活动能力评分、认知功能评分、睡眠质量评分。结果患者经护理后的神经功能缺损评分、日常活动能力评分、认知功能评分分别为(6.86±1.32)分、(80.01±8.82)分及(27.73±0.94)分,均优于护理前(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;患者护理前的睡眠质量评分为(16.93±5.23)分,明显优于护理后的睡眠质量评分(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者应用中医康复护理具有可行性,可有效改善患者的日常活动能力和认知功能,减少神经损伤,值得在临床应用和推广。
Objective： To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction,and to provide reference for clinical application. Methods： 100 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital as the research objects（ the treated time in patients during January 2013 to January 2014）,all patients were treated by TCM rehabilitation nursing in nursing after the comparative analysis of daily neurological deficit score,before and after the nursing activities score,the score of cognitive function sleep quality score. Results： The daily activities of patients with neurological deficit scores,scores,cognitive function scores were（ 6. 86 ± 1. 32）,（ 80. 01 ±8. 82） % and（ 27. 73 ± 0. 94） points,which were better than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the difference was statistically significant; The sleep quality of the patients was（ 16. 93 ± 5. 23） before the treatment,and the sleep quality score was（ 10. 44 ± 5. 32） after the treatment. Conclusion： The application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with cerebral infarction rehabilitation nursing is feasible,can effectively improve the patient＇s daily activities and cognitive function,and reduces the nerve damage,which is worth in clinical application and promotion.
