摘要
目的:研究分析中医康复护理和常规内科护理应用于脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法:选择2012年10月-2014年10月我院神经内科收治的76例脑梗死患者,所有患者均按照入院顺序平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组患者给予常规内科护理措施,观察组患者给予中医康复护理措施,比较两组患者护理前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、认知功能缺损评分(MMSE)、生活质量评分(QLI)以及生活活动能力评分(ADL)情况。结果:观察组患者的NIHSS评分和ADL评分均明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的MMSE评分和QLI评分均明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医康复护理应用于脑梗死患者具有显著的临床价值,能够有效促进患者功能康复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To explore TCM nursing for cerebral infarction. Methods： 76 patients with cerebral infarction were dividedinto the control group and the observation group, 38 cases in each group. The observation group were treated by TCM rehabilitation caremeasures. Results： In the observation group, NIHSS scores and ADL scores were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）;MMSE scores and QLI scores were significantly higher than the control group; the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCMrehabilitation care for cerebral infarction has significant clinical value, can effectively promote functional recovery.
