输入液体在静脉留置针封管中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]探讨直接使用输入液体进行静脉留置针封管的可行性及效果。[方法]将90例病人随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组30例,A组用生理盐水,B组用肝素稀释液,C组直接使用输入的原液体进行封管,观察静脉留置时间、封管维持时间,堵管、外渗、静脉炎的发生率。[结果]C组与A组,C组与B组静脉留置时间、封管维持时间,堵管、外渗、静脉炎的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]直接使用输入的液体进行封管可行、有效,具有操作简便、节省资源等优点。 Objective: To probe into the feasibility and effect of directly using infusion fluid to seal up tube for intravenous detaining needle. Methods: A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into group A, B and C (30 cases each). Sodium chloride for group A, heparin dilution for group B, and patients of group C directly using infusion fluid to seal tube. Indexes including intravenous detaining time and maintaining time of sealing tube, and incidences of tube blocking, exosmosis and phlebitis among three groups patients were observed. Results: Compared between group C and A, group C and group B patients, in terms of intravenous detaining time and maintaining time of sealing tube, and incidences of tube blocking, exosmosis and phlebitis, there were no statistical significant differences (all P〉0.05). Conclusion: Directly using transfused fluid to seal detaining tube is feasible and effective. And it is simple and convenient to manipulate and can save resource as well.
