摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定咳喘宁合剂中微量组分盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent XDB-CN(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(50∶50);检测波长:258nm;流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);进样量为10μl。结果盐酸苯海拉明在20.26~506.5μg·ml^(-1)范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.8828X-0.8664(r=1.000);平均回收率为101.4%,RSD值为1.52%。结论该方法具有良好的准确度、精密度和专属性,能较好的控制咳喘宁合剂的质量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of trace component diphenhydramine hydrochloride in the Kechuanning mixture.Methods Agilent XDB-CN(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(50∶50),the detection wavelength was set at 258 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^(-1),and the injection volume was 10μl.Results A good linear relationship was observed of diphenhydramine hydrochloride in the range of 20.26-506.5μg·ml^(-1) with a linear equation Y =0.8828 X-0.8664(r =1.000).The average recovery was 101.4% with an RSD of 1.52%.Conclusion This method can ensure good accuracy,precision and specialization.It can be used for quality coutrol of the Kechuanning mixture.
