摘要
复方醋酸甲地孕酮注射液为国内常用长效甾体避孕药,制剂中含有醋酸甲地孕酮和雌二醇两种组分。研究表明,两种组分相对含量变化,影响其疗效。由于制剂中雌二醇的相对含量低。
The present paper first dealt with the derivative spectroscopic method used for the determination of estradiol of compound megestrol acetate injection, treated with sulphuric-ethanol reagents after dissolving in ethanol. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 3～12 μg/ml, (r=0.9996). Recovery from injection was 100. 4±3.7% (CV, n=3).
