摘要
目的观察复方丹参片对垂体后叶素诱导的大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法实验设阳性对照组(硝苯地平0.005g·kg^(-1)和地奥心血康胶囊0.07g·kg^(-1)),复方丹参片0.17、0.34、0.68g·kg^(-1)剂量组,空白组和模型组(均给予同体积0.9%氯化钠溶液),灌胃给药,连续给药7d后,采用大鼠舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素造成急性心肌缺血模型,通过心电图变化观察药物对模型大鼠心电图ST段、T波、心率的影响,考察复方丹参片不同剂量组对血清中乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、凝血时间、心肌梗死面积及梗死率、大鼠心肌缺血阳性率及心律失常发生率的影响。结果模型组大鼠心电图ST段显著抬高和T波倒置,空白组未见异常,各给药组大鼠心电图有不同改善,复方丹参片对垂体后叶素所致急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图及心率的变化有明显的改善作用,同时能够降低心肌缺血阳性率和心律失常发生率,降低心肌的梗死面积及梗死率,降低血清中乳酸脱氢酶、血清肌酸激酶、丙二醛的含量,增加血清中超氧化物歧化酶的活性。结论复方丹参片对垂体后叶素所致的大鼠急性心肌缺血具有较明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of compound salvia tablets on myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin in rats.Methods The rats were divided into blank group,model group,positive groups(nifedipine 0.005g·kg^(-1) and Diaoxinxuekangcapsules 0.07g·kg^(-1))and compound salvia tablets0.68,0.34,0.17g·kg^(-1) groups.The blank and model groups were given the same volume of normal saline.After continuous administration of 7d,an acute myocardial ischemia model was induced by the injection of pituitrin in the rats' tongue,and the effect of drugs on the electrocardiogram(ECG)ST segment,T wave and heart rate was observed.The effect of compound salvia tablets of different dosage on the serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),coagulation time,incidence of myocardial infarction areas,infarction rate and positive rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia was investigated.Results After modeling,the model group showed significant elevation of ST segment and T wave inversion,while the blank group remainednormal.The ECG of each administration group was improved to different extents.Compound salvia tablets significantly improved ECG and heart rate in rats with acute myocardial ischemia induced by pit.At the same time,it reduced the incidence of myocardial ischemia positive rate and arrhythmia,the myocardial infarction area and infarction rate,and the content of LDH,CK and MDA in serum,but increased the activity of SOD in serum.Conclusion Compound salvia tablets have significant protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin.
