摘要
冰片是中医药中一味常用佐药。中医认为其有开窍醒神、清热止痛、生肌之效。现代医学研究表明冰片有抗炎镇痛、抗菌、抗病毒、保护心脑、双向调节神经系统、提高其他药物生物利用等作用。此外,冰片在肿瘤的治疗中可能也起到一定作用。而这些作用可能是冰片通过提高生物膜屏障通透性、影响肾上腺素、五羟色胺、一氧化氮、钙离子等物质的含量等一系列机制而实现。
As one of commonly used adjuvant,borneol has been considered to have a therapeutic effect for waking up a patient from unconsciousness,expelling heat to alleviate pain and promoting granulation.It has been shown that borneol has effects of anti-inflammatory,analgesia,antibiosis,antivirus,protection of heart and brain,regulation of nervous system in two-ways,boost of other drug bioavailability,etc.In addition,borneol may have role in cancer prevention.These effects of borneol is related to increasing the biomembrane permeability and changing the contents of adnephrin,serotonin,NO and Ca2＋.
