摘要
文中通过调查研究,提出了在自贸区背景下广东省物流业对物流人才需求的现状和趋势,并分析了广东物流人才主要就业岗位群及职业生涯路径、不同层次物流人才职业能力要求。
This paper puts forward the status and trends of logistics demand fo r logistics talents under the background of the Free Trade Zone in Guangdong Province through investigation and research. At the same time , the writer analyzes the main job groups, occupation career path and different occupation ability levels of logistics talents in Guangdong.
