摘要
可就业能力能否养成关系到大学教育的成败。以建立基于合理能力架构的物流管理本科课程体系为目标,首先对物流管理本科人才培养定位的依据、人才培养的层次和规格进行分析,然后提出了物流管理本科人才能力架构的构建思路,在此基础上给出了课程支撑体系的设计思路并举例说明。最后,就评价物流管理本科人才能力架构与课程体系关系的合理性提出了相应的建议和对策。
In this paper, with the establishment of a logistics management specialty undergraduate curriculum system based on reasonable competence architecture as the objective, we first analyzed the positioning, level and standards for the cultivation of undergraduate logistics management talents, then proposed the line of thought for the establishment of their competence architecture, on the basis of which we designed the curricular support system and presented an example for illustration, and finally, proposed some suggestions and countermeasures for the reasonability of the relationship between the competence architecture and curricular system established.
