摘要
以大蓟不同浓度水浸液为供体,对四种常见农作物幼苗的根长、苗高、干重等指标进行测定,研究了大蓟对植物幼苗的化感作用.结果表明:大蓟水浸液对4种农作物幼苗均具表现出不同程度的化感抑制效应,不同浓度的水浸液对幼苗的化感作用强度不同;高浓度大蓟水浸液对四种作物幼苗化感抑制效应均较强,而低浓度的大蓟水浸液一定程度上促进了黄瓜和油菜的生长.比较综合化感效应指数,发现大蓟对4种作物幼苗的化感抑制效应顺序依次为:萝卜>小麦>黄瓜>油菜.
Using water extracts of cirsium japonicum DC as experimental material,the allelopathy effects of cirsium japonicum DCon four crop seedlings were studied from multi-facet,such as:seedling root length,seedling heigh,seedling dry weight.The results indicated that the aqueous extracts had the suppression effect on the seedlings.As the concentration of extracts increased,the suppression increased.In the contrary,the suppression on seedling,gradually decreased,disappeared and even changed into stimulating effects when the concentration of the extracts declined.The allelopathical effect order of aqueous extracts on seedlings of four kinds was radish>wheat>cucumber>rape.
