摘要
金隆公司原有环集脱硫氧化镁法脱硫废水中铜、砷、COD、硫化物含量很高,经过排水处理后,部分指标不能按《铜镍钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010)稳定达标排放。通过技术改进,降低了进入脱硫系统杂质含量,提高和优化了中和系统能力,使脱硫废水处理后达标排放,该技术为铜冶炼行业镁法脱硫废水处理提供了新的方法。
Jinlong originaldesulfurization wastewater which desulfurizated by ring set magnesium oxide desulfurization, contains copper, arsenic, COD and high sulfide content. After wastewater treatment, still have some indicators can not be discharged by " copper- nickelcobalt industry emission standards " ( GB25467- 2010 ) with stable discharge standards. Through technical improvements, the content of impurities which came into the desulfurization system are reduced, the systems and capabilities are improved and optimized,the wastewater after the desulfurization process can be standards discharged. This technology provides a new approach for copper smelting industry magnesium desulfurization wastewater treatment.
