摘要
研究了用红土镍矿酸浸液沉镍后的硫酸镁溶液制备高纯碱式碳酸镁,采用中和水解法和碳酸钠沉淀法净化硫酸镁溶液,除去其中的铁、镍、钙等杂质。确定了最佳净化除杂条件为:反应平衡pH=7,反应温度50℃,反应时间20min,搅拌速率300r/min,滴加速度3.2mL/min,陈化时间75min。在最佳条件下,硫酸镁溶液净化的比较完全。
In the preparation process of high purity basic magnesium carbonate by magnesium sulphate solution obtained through precipitating Ni2+ from laterite type nickel ore by sulfuric acid, Fe2+ .Ni2+ and Caz+ are the main impurities. Neutralizing hydrolysis method and adding sodium carbonate were used to remove Fe2+ .Ni2+ and Ca2+. The optimum techniques of removing impurities are obtained, balanced pH value of 7.0,reaction temperature of 50 ℃ ,reaction time of 20 rain,stirring speed of 300 r/ min,NaOH solution dripping speed of 3.2 mL/min,aging time of 75 min. At the conditions, these im- purities can be removed completely.
