摘要
人造金刚石生产废水中含镍酸性废水的产生量较大,为了减少重金属镍的污染,使含镍酸性废水达标排放,采用"化学沉淀中和法"处理含镍酸性废水,工程实践结果表明:该工艺具有很好的处理效果、运行稳定、维护管理方便;处理出水水质稳定,COD:38 mg·L-1,总镍:0.33 mg·L-1,pH=7.56,达到《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB25467-2010)要求。
Due to the acidic wastewater containing nickel in waste water of synthetic diamond production quantity was larger, in order to reduce the pollution of heavy metal nickel and thenickel wastewater discharging standard. Chemical precipitotian neutralization treatment of artificial diamond acid wastewater contained nickel. The engineering practice results showed that the system was high efficiency and easily manageable and the effluent quality was stable, COD = 38 mg · L^-1, Ni^2+ =0. 33 mg · L^-l, and pH =7.56. The effluent quality reached the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Copper, Nickel, Cobalt Industry ( GB25467 - 2010)
