摘要
关注西北地区制造业中试环节风险来源,运用扎根理论质性研究方法识别关键中试风险源,分析其对中试风险的影响机制。研究结果显示:技术风险源、生产风险源和环境风险源是中试风险的关键来源;三类风险源中技术成熟度、配套技术、资金实力、人员素质、政策支持、市场环境均对中试风险具有负向显著性影响;其中,配套技术和资金实力具有中介作用;资金实力、政策支持和人员素质等非技术性因素成为影响西北地区制造业中试风险的最关键要素。
Focusing on risk sources of pilot-scale experiment in the science and technology achievement transformation of manufacturing industry in northwest China, we used grounded theory approach to recognize the key sources of pilot-scale experiment risks and analyze the mechanism of the impact of risk resources on pilot-scale experiment risk level. Research shows that technical risk source, production risk source and environmental risk source are the key sources of pilot-scale experiment's risk; Specifically, the technology readiness level, matching technology, funds level, staff quality, policy support and market environment all have a significant negative effect on the pilot-scale experiment risk; particularly, matching technology and funds level play a mediating role in the influencing mechanism; non-technical factors (i.e. funds level, policy support and staff quality) have the most sig- nificant effect on the pilot-scale experiment risk in the northwest China manufacturing industry.
