摘要
中试环节的滞后是造成科技成果转化不畅的关键因素之一 ,也是制约我国经济在新世纪腾飞的原因之一。本文初步阐述了中试环节的含义 ,分析加强中试建设的理论和现实意义 ,并从实际出发探讨了建全中试环节的一些措施。
Insuficient middle-test base of transformation is one of the critical problems which impeds not only the transformation of S&T achievements,but also the development of Chinese economy in the 21 st century. It reviews the definition of the middle-phas links,analyzes the theoretical and practical importance of reinforcing it,and practically studies the measures to perfect it.
