摘要
目的:探讨在人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者围术期管理中快速康复外科理念(FTS)的应用及效果。方法:选择2015年1~6月深圳市人民医院骨关节科行TKA的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组行FTS指导下的围术期管理,对照组按传统方法进行围术期管理。比较两组术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分(HSS)及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,而其膝关节活动度与HSS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:FTS应用于全膝关节置换围手术期管理可有效地减轻患者疼痛,减少术后并发症,提高膝关节活动功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the value of fast-track surgery （FTS） concept on perioperative management inpatients who underwent total knee arthroplasty （TKA）. Methods： A total of 60 patients underwent TKA from January 2015 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group received perioperative management guided by FTS concept, while those in the control group received perioperative management by routine method. The visual analogue scale （VAS） score, activity of knee-joints, complications incidence and the score of hospital for special surgery （HSS score） were compared. Results： The VAS score was lower, while the activity of knee-joints and HHS score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P d0.05）. Conclusion： Application of the FTS concept in the perioperative management could effectively relieve pains, reduce postoperative complications and improve knee functions recover in patients underwent TKA.
