摘要
为降低猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus)生产成本和解决油茶籽种壳利用问题,研究油茶籽种壳营养成分及其代替棉籽壳和麸皮栽培猴头菌。结果显示:油茶籽种壳含有8.2%粗蛋白、12.3%粗纤维、4.5%粗脂肪、29.8%木质素以及12.6%灰分。油茶籽种壳部分代替棉籽壳可促进菌丝生长、提高产量且子实体仍保持良好经济性状。适宜配方为堆制13%~28%油茶籽种壳、30%~45%棉籽壳、30%玉米芯、10%麸皮、2%碳酸钙,袋(干料440g)产量286~292g,高于对照(267g)。油茶籽种壳部分代替麸皮不利于猴头菌菌丝生长并降低其产量,但可降低生产成本。生产上可利用油茶籽种壳部分代替棉籽壳栽培猴头菌。
Hericiurn erinaceus different concentrations of C mycelial growth characteristics and fruit oleifera seed shells, cotton seed hulls and yields of 286~292 g per bag (440 g dry ingredients) were obtained on body yields on substrates containing wheat bran are described. Fruit body a substrate consisting of 13%--28% fermented C. oleifera seed shells, 30%~45% cottonseed hulls, 30% corncobs, 10% wheat bran, and 2% calcium carbonate, compared with 267 g per bag in controls without seed shells. Replacing wheat bran with C. oleifera seed shells inhibited mycelial growth and resulted in lower fruit body yields.
