摘要
介绍了国内外医院管理以及精益医院管理发展历史和现状,分析了医院管理发展的趋势;总结了国内医院管理存在的主要问题,并分析了产生问题的原因;结合工业工程和精益的思想和方法,提出了基于三元分析模型的医院创新管理方法体系以及实施精益医院管理方法。
Outlined the development history and current situation of both domestic and foreign in hospital management and lean hospital management,and analyzed the development trend of hospital management.The main problems of hospital management in China were summarized,and then the causes of the problems were analyzed.Combined with the philosophy and methods of industrial engineering and lean management,the systematic scheme of hospital innovation management methods was put forward based on three-element analysis model and measures for implementing lean hospital management.
