在国有大医院体制不变的情况下,通过改革临床科室管理和运作机制,使医疗业务发展、医疗费用控制、绩效和社会效益达到统一,为解决“看病难、住院难、看病贵”作了有益探索。
Within the existing state - owned hospitals＇ managing system, via the transformation on the managing and operating mechanism of the clinical department, the surgical department of Huashan hospital has unified the development of it ＇ s treatment business, treatment fee control , work achievements and the social benefits, making effective explore on the solution of the problem such as the difficulty of seeking fortreatment and shortage of sickbeds and high cost of health service.
