The principle of precision health care is based on the optimum profitability for the patients and optimal deployment of medical resource. It is the integration of the traditional health care system owing to the combination of the develop ment of preventive medicine, clinical medicine and rehabilitation medicine, and the newest knowledge of molecular medi cine, medical informatics, health economics and medical sociology.
