摘要
交联聚合物是聚丙酰胺聚合物与交联剂通过分子内交联和少量的分子间交联所形成的微凝胶体系。通过室内研究实验,配制了由阴离子型水解聚丙酰胺HPAM(1900万)0.3%+乙酸铬0.15%组成的交联聚合物调剖体系。针对牛心坨油田研究了影响铬体系交联聚合物成胶性能的几个主要因素:水质、金属二价铁离子、溶解氧、聚交比、矿化度等。结果显示,二价铁离子质量浓度超标是破坏牛心坨油田交联聚合物成胶效果的最主要因素。
Cross-linked polymer is formed by poly propylene amide polymers and the cross-linking agent through the molecular cross-linkingand a small amount of intermolecular cross-linking. Withthe indoor experiment, compounding a kind of cross-linked polymer system which is composed of 0.3% polymer(HPAM) and 0.15% cross-linking(chromium arsenide). For the Niuxintuo oilfield, a series of bench scale tests were performed to study the affecting factors of Cr3+ cross-linking agent, including the water quality, Fe2+ , dissolved oxygen, salinity and so on.. The results show that Fe2+ content is the main factor and exceeds bid of Fe2+ content, whichmay breakthe cross-linked polymer gel.
