交联体系可分为三类,即:凝胶体、弱凝胶和交联聚合物溶液;针对高温、高盐和非均质严重的油藏特征,适于中原油田调驱应用的是:具有一定流动性和良好稳定性的弱凝胶体系;根据室内评价实验,聚合物的类型、分子量及浓度,以及交联剂类型及浓度,对成胶强度和稳定时间都有影响,而限制交联体系成胶的主要因素是高温、高盐的环境条件,此限制在本质上体现为对凝胶体系空间完善网络结构形成和破坏的影响上;目前条件下,通过精心筛选聚合物和加入适量起“保水作用”的添加剂,在温度≤90℃、矿化度≤15×104mg/L的条件下,形成稳定的弱凝胶调驱体系是完全可行的;为验证配方和技术有效性而开展的现场先导试验截止目前效果显著。
Gels can be put into 3 categories: bulk gel, weak gel and linked polymer solution(LPS). For heterogeneous reservoirs with high temperature and high salinity in Zhongyuan oilfield, the most suitable flooding and phase adjusting gel should be the easily movable and stable weak gel. The lab evaluation shows that factors affecting gel strength and stability include the types, molecular weight, and solution concentration of the polymer and the types and concentration of the linker, and high temperature and high salinity, which break gel naturally by destroying the perfect gel micro-framework, are especially critical to gel stability. At present, through hard work of screening polymer carefully and mixing water-protecting additives properly, it is entirely feasible to get the expected stable weak gels under the temperature of ≤90℃ and salinity of ≤15×104mg/L. In order to testify the effectiveness of formulae and techniques involved, a pilot field test has been carried out, which by now has achieved remarkable result.
