摘要
目的:探讨长脉冲可调脉宽激光技术治疗蜘蛛痣、鲜红斑痣、毛细血管瘤、化脓性肉芽肿、毛细血管扩张症等血管性疾病的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2011年2月至2016年4月本院收治的146例蜘蛛痣患者、45例鲜红斑痣患者、398例单纯性毛细血管瘤患者、106例混合型血管瘤患者、95例化脓性肉芽肿患者及54例毛细血管扩张症患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受长脉冲可调脉宽激光治疗。结果:1蜘蛛痣、鲜红斑痣、单纯性毛细血管瘤、混合型血管瘤、化脓性肉芽肿、毛细血管扩张症的治疗有效率分别为100.0%、82.2%、100.0%、87.7%、100.0%、100.0%。经疗效评价,6组患者疗效相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),蜘蛛痣组、单纯性毛细血管瘤组、化脓性肉芽肿组患者的疗效均显著优于鲜红斑痣组、混合型血管瘤组、毛细血管扩张症组(P<0.05),毛细血管扩张症组的疗效显著优于鲜红斑痣组、混合型血管瘤组(P<0.05),混合型血管瘤组的疗效显著优于鲜红斑痣组(P<0.05),蜘蛛痣组、单纯性毛细血管瘤组、化脓性肉芽肿组患者治疗效果相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。26组患者萎缩性瘢痕、色素减退、色素沉着等不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:长脉冲可调脉宽激光技术治疗血管性疾病的疗效确切、安全性好,且以蜘蛛痣、化脓性肉芽肿、单纯性毛细血管瘤的治疗效果最佳。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of long pulse laser technique in the treatment of vascular diseases such as spider mole, nevus flammeus, capillary hemangioma, purulent granuloma,capillary dilation and so on. Methods: 146 cases of patients with spider mole,45 cases of patients with nevus flammeus,398 cases of patients with simple capillary hemangioma, 106 cases of mixed type hemangioma,95 cases of patients with purulent granuloma,54 cases of patients with capillary dilation in our hospital from February 2011 to April 2016 were selected as the research object, and all patients were treated with long pulsed tunable laser therapy. Results:The treatment efficiency of spider nevus, nevus flammeus, simple capillary hemangioma, mixed type hemangioma, purulent granuloma and capillary dilation were 100% ,82.2% , 100% , 87.7% , 100% , 100%. The evaluation of efficacy, the efficacy of the six groups was statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05) ,patients of spider nevus group, simple capillary hemangioma group and pyo- genic granuloma group were significantly better than the nevus flammeus group, mixed hemangioma group and capillary dilation group (P 〈 O. 05). The curative effect of capillary dilation group was significantly better than that of nevus flammeus, mixed hemangioma group (P 〈 0.05). The curative effect of mixed hemangioma group was significantly better than the nevus flammeus group ( P 〈 0. 05). The treatment effect of spider nevus group,simple capillary hcmangioma group and purulent granuloma group had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ). There was no significant difference among the six groups in the incidence of atrophic scar, pigment decline, pigmentation and other adverse reactions ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Long pulse laser with adjustable pulse width is effective and safe in the treatment of vascular diseases,and has the best effect on the treatment of spider moles,purulent granuloma and simple capillary hemangioma.
