摘要
目的:评估cynergy双波长多脉冲传输激光机对面颊毛细血管扩张症的治疗效果。方法:16例面部毛细血管扩张症患者用单次多脉冲激光治疗,于治疗后60天为终末判断疗效,期间15天观察治疗反应。结果:16例患者均获得痊愈,其中2例在治疗后局部出现轻微紫癜反应,均未给予处理,分别于20天、40天自行缓解。结论:临床对比观察发现双波长激光治疗毛细血管扩张症次数少,副作用小,较单波长治疗有明显优势且疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate Cynergy dual wavelength laser machine to cheek the therapeutic effect of blood capillary expansion.Methods 16 patients with faCial capillaries expansion have been treated by multiple pulse transmission for one time.The curative effect was judged in 60 days during the 15 days to observe the response.Results 16 cases were cured,including 2 cases of local mild purpura response.They did not be given processing after treatment,respectively for 20 days and 40 days on own anesis.Conclusion The clinical observation and comparison have obvious advantage using dual wavelength laser more better than single one for treatment of telangiectasis on the face and has a satisfactory effect.
