Cynergy双波长脉冲染料激光治疗儿童蜘蛛痣临床疗效分析 被引量:3

Safety and efficacy of cynergy multiplex laser in the treatment of spider nevus in children

摘要 目的:评价Cynergy双波长脉冲染料激光治疗儿童蜘蛛痣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:140例儿童蜘蛛痣患儿随机分成两组,即Cynergy双波长脉冲染料激光组70例和CO2激光组70例,每次治疗前后评价各自的临床症状和不良反应、分析2组的伤口愈合时间和1次治愈率。结果:所有患儿接受1—3次治疗后,总有效率100%,1次治愈率分别为Cynergy激光组91.43%、CO2激光组95.71%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结痂脱落时间分别为Cynergy激光组平均5.87d、CO2激光组平均6.28d,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。140例患儿出现4例轻度色素沉着、5例轻度色素减退,均在数月后自行恢复。CO2激光组出现3例萎缩性瘢痕。结论:Cynergy双波长脉冲染料激光治疗儿童蜘蛛痣疗效较好、安全性高、无瘢痕、痛苦小,不良反应少,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of cynergy muhiplex laser in the treatment of spider nevus. Methods: One hundred forty subjects with spider nevus were divided into cynergy multiplex laser treated group (70 cases) and CO2 laser treated group (70 cases). The clinical parameters and side effects were evaluated before and after each treat- ment. The wound healing times and cure rates after single treatment were analyzed. Results: After 1-3 treatments the total effective rates were 100% for both groups. After single treatment the cure rates for cynergy multiplex laser and CO2 laser treated group were 91.43% and 95.71%, respectively (P〉 0.05). The wound healing times for cynergy multiplex laser and CO2 laser treated group were 5.87 d and 6.28d, respectively (P 〉 0.05). 4 cases showed mild hyperpigmentation and 5 cases had mild hypopigmentation. The pigmentation changes remitted spontaneously in a few months. Atrophic scars were observed in 3 cases treated with CO2 laser. Conclusion: The study suggests that cynergy multiplex laser is safe and effective for the treat- merit of spider nevus.
