摘要
为满足我国战略新产业人才培养的需求,培养更符合发展需要的应用型人才和研究型人才,我校材料与科学工程学院能源与电子材料方向在本科培养方案中开设了《半导体材料及器件》课程,该课程以提高大学生理论与应用相结合的能力为目标,包括半导体材料、光电子器件和微电子器件的内容。结合教学实践情况,通过对本课程开设的目的和意义、教学内容建设、教师队伍配置、教学方法的思考和实践,旨在提高学生学习的热情与主动性,激发学生学习本课程的兴趣,使学生充分理解光电子器件与微电子器件的理论和原理,从而提高教学质量。
To meet the demand of strategic new industry personnel training in our country and cultivate applied talents and research personnel conform to the need of the development,the "Semiconductor Materials and Devices" Course was set up in the cultivation of undergraduate student in major of energy and electronic materials.The course established with the goal of improving the students' the bility of combining theory with practice and it contains knowledge about semiconductor materials,optoelectronic devices and microelectronic devices.Combining with teaching practice,through the thinking and practice about the significance and the purpose of this course,construction of teaching content,construction of teaching forces and teaching methods to improve students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,stimulate students' interest in learning this course,make students fully understand the theories and principles of optoelectronic devices and microelectronic devices,so as to improve the teaching quality.
