摘要
介绍在北京市市级校外人才培养基地建设中,如何挑选高水平企业作为合作对象,及其挑选原则;共同设计实习教学内容;校企双方制定基地建设的原则,及如何实施;实习基地培养了学生的实践能力和综合能力,及获得的具体收获;实习基地对教学的促进;介绍基地建设中形成的理念。
In building city level talent training base outside-school,how to select the high-level enterprise as partner,set the selection principle;design together the content of practicing-teaching courses;thus both enterprise and school made the base construction and implementation principle.The practice base has trained students＇ practice ability and integration capability,and obtained concrete harvest;The practice base promoted teaching.
