摘要
目的:观察针刺配合心理疏导治疗小儿抽动症的临床疗效。方法:105例随机分为治疗组53例和对照组52例,治疗组用针刺配合心理疏导治疗,对照组单用针刺治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组95.75%,对照组83.34%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合心理疏导治疗小儿抽动症优于单用针刺。
Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of the acupuncture therapy combined with the psychological intervention on children ADHD. Method： 105 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment troup and control group. 53 patients were treated with the acupuncture therapy combined with the pychological intervention as the treatment group while 52 patients were only treated with acupuncture therapy as the control group. Result： The total effect rate of the treatment group and control group were 98% and 83% respectively. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion It proves that the clinical effect of the acupunctrue therapy combined with psychological intervention is superior to that of single using of acupuncture therapy.
