摘要
目的:探究用天麻钩藤饮合止痉散加减治疗儿童多发性抽动症的效果。方法:选择新疆维吾尔自治区昌吉回族自治州中医医院收治的30例多发性抽动症患儿作为研究对象。随机将其分为研究组与对照组,每组各有15例患儿。用常规西药对对照组患儿进行治疗,用天麻钩藤饮合止痉散加减对研究组患儿进行治疗,然后比较两组患儿的临床症状积分、治疗的总有效率及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组患儿的临床症状积分低于对照组患儿,P<0.05。研究组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,P<0.05。用药后,研究组患儿不良反应的发生率低于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:用天麻钩藤饮合止痉散加减治疗儿童多发性抽动症的效果较好,能减轻患儿的临床症状,缓解其病情,且用药的安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of gastrodia uncaria decoction combined with spasmodic spasmodic powder in the treatment of tourette’s disease in children.Methods:30 children with tourette’s disease in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 15 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the children in the study group were treated with gastrodia uncaria decoction combined with antispasmodic spasmodic powder,and then the clinical symptom score,the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gastrodia uncaria decoction combined with antispasmodic spasmodic powder has a good effect in the treatment of tourets of multiple sclerosis in children,which can relieve the clinical symptoms and relieve the condition of the children,and the safety of th e drug is higher.
