摘要 一、新编辑入职存在的主要问题 1.面对书稿,眼高手低 现在出版单位招聘的编辑,本科以上学历者居多,还有很多硕士研究生,从专业素养上来看,他们做编辑问题不大,能够驾驭书稿,新编辑也都是自信满满。但一入职,就不是这么回事儿了。因为入行浅,摸不准审读书稿的重点,要么就是眉毛胡子一把抓,改完前头发现后头还得改;要么是看完书稿,觉得书稿没有问题,可当把书稿发给复审、终审时,被提出一大堆问题。还有些新编辑将编辑工作等同于＂改错纠错＂,
