积极心理学是西方心理学界兴起的一股新的研究思潮。区别于一般心理学,积极心理学主张对力量和优秀品质进行研究,对人类自身所拥有的潜能、力量的发掘,是一门关于工作、教育、爱、成长和娱乐的科学。这一特征使其被广泛运用到高校就业指导工作中,并有效拓宽了大学生全程化就业指导的视角。
