摘要
目的探讨毛冬青注射液穴位注射治疗痛风性关节炎的效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年10月期间我院收治的痛风性关节炎患者70例,随机分为两组各35例。对照组患者给予常规西药缓解症状,治疗组在此基础上使用毛冬青注射液穴位注射,比较两组的疾病治疗效果,以及治疗前后患者的疼痛程度、血尿酸水平。结果用药后治疗组患者的关节改善有效率为97.1%,显著高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05)。入院时两组的疼痛、血尿酸水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后两组的疼痛、血尿酸水平均有明显改善,治疗组的各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗痛风性关节炎在使用西药的同时加用毛冬青穴位注射,能提高疾病治疗效果,明显减轻患者的疼痛。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of acupuncture point injection therapy with Holly root injection for patients with gouty arthritis. Methods 70 cases of patients with gouty arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine to relieve symptoms, while the treatment group was given acupuncture point injection therapy with Holly root injection on the basis of conventional western medicine. The curative effect, patients＇ pain and serum uric acid levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of joint improvement of treatment group was 97.1%, significantly higher than 77.1% of control group （P 〈0.05）. At admission, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the pain degree and serum uric acid level （P〉0.05）; After treatment, the pain degree and serum uric acid levels of both groups had significant improvement, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in both indicators （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of Holly root for acupuncture point injection on the basis of conventional western medicine for gouty arthritis can improve the curative effect, and obviously relieve patients＇ pain.
