摘要
痛风性关节炎常见表现为血尿酸、尿尿酸增高,发作期白细胞总数可增高,摄片检查可示软骨缘邻近关节的骨质有不整齐的穿凿样圆形缺损为主要临床特征,文章通过对近年痛风性关节炎中医外治法的文进行献查阅收集和归类,为临床研究提供依据。
The common manifestations of gouty- arthritis are increased blood uric acid and urine uric acid,during the onset of the attack,the total number of white blood cells is higher,radiographs showes that there are irregular perforating circular defects in the bone of joint near the cartilaginous margin,this article collects and analyzes the literature of the treatment of gouty- arthritis by external treatment of Chinese medicine in recent years,it provides a basis for clinical study.
