摘要
随着高圆簧加橡胶垫结构在机车车辆二系悬挂上的广泛应用,要求对高圆簧的稳定性进行理论和实验的研究,以保证它能安全可靠地运用,特别对高速机车车辆更为必要。本文从理论和实验两方面对高圆簧的这个特性进行了探讨,并主要试图提出一种能预测高圆簧(加橡胶垫)稳定性的临界载荷的计算方法。它的特点是能用以计算橡胶垫的约束条件。该计算方法已由实验验证。
With the wide use of flexicoil spring with rubber layer as secondary suspension on railway vehicles, it is essential to study its stability both theoretically and experimentally, so that it can be used safely and reliably, especially for high speed trains. The paper discusses the properties of flexicoil spring in the aspects of test and theory, primarily attempting to propose a calculating method for predicting the critical load of flexicoil spring with rubber layer. The method is characterized by its capability of calculating the constrained conditions of the rubber layer. Its validity has been proved by experiment results.
