摘要
根据机械弹簧的设计理论和制造工艺的实际情况 ,分析了客车圆弹簧传统检测试验及计算方法存在的缺陷。介绍了客车圆弹簧自动检测检修流水线的检测试验及计算方法 ,并说明了该方法的技术优越性。
On the basis of the actual conditions of the design theory and manufacture technology of mechanical springs, the defects existing in the traditional inspection test and the calculation methods on the coil springs for passenger cars are analyzed, the inspection test and the calculation methods of the automatic inspection and repair assembly line for the coil springs for passenger cars are described, and the technical advantages of the methods are explained.
