摘要
研究腺苷等8种物质对Cordyceps militaris FFCC 5111液体发酵生产虫草素的影响,并考察了其发酵动力学特征。结果表明,添加腺苷、苯丙氨酸、腺嘌呤、甘氨酸和L-谷氨酰胺均可提高虫草素产量,其中添加腺苷1.5g/L的发酵液中虫草素产量最大,为772.5mg/L,是对照组的9.39倍。在50L发酵罐中,添加1.5g/L腺苷的麦芽汁培养基进行分批发酵,建立动力学模型,其拟合值与实验值的相对误差小于8%,能良好地反映C.militaris FFCC 5111在补加腺苷的麦芽汁培养基中的发酵动力学特征。
The effects of different additives on cordycepin production by submerged culture of Cordyceps militaris FFCC 5111 were investigated.The result indicated that the additives of adenosine,phenylalanine,adenine,glycine and L-glutamine could result in a large improvement in cordycepin production by submerged fermentation of C.militaris,especially adding 1.5 g/L adenosine,which could result in the highest cordycepin production of 772.5 mg/L,exhibiting a9.39-fold increase than that obtained in the basal medium culture.Adding 1.5g/L adenosine as a medium in a 50 Lbatch system,the kinetic model for C.militaris FFCC 5111 was based on the Logistic and Luedeking-Piret equations for cell growth and product formation.The relative error between the experimental value and fitted value was less than 8%,indicating that the model could reflect the kinetics feature of batch fermentation of C.militaris FFCC 5111 in maltose medium supplemented with adenosine.
