摘要
为了促进环保领域相关检测技术的发展,通过系统的理论研究提出完整的工业产尘和水雾除尘检测技术,阐述了产尘检测指标粉尘产生能力、粉尘浓度、粉尘颗粒大小的前沿检测技术,以及水雾除尘检测指标雾滴粒度、雾滴喷射速度、雾滴喷射距离、雾滴喷射角、喷雾量的前沿检测技术,并给出检测方法或检测设备的选择建议,有助于推动环保领域工业产除尘检测技术的发展。
In order to promote the develoment of relevant detection technology in the field of environmental protection,this paper put forward a complete detection technology for industrial dust generation and water-spray dust removal through the systemetical theory analysis, expounded the leading edge detection technologies for the dust generation capacity, dust concentration and particle size as well as the leading edge detection technologies for the detection indicators of water-spray dust removal such as the droplet size,droplet jet velocity,droplet jet distance,droplet jet angle and spray amount,and proposed the suggestions of selecting the detection method or equipment,all of these will help to drive the development of the detection technology in the field of environmental protection.
