摘要
目的:在《大学生职业生涯发展规划》课程的基础上,对大学生的专业认同和职业规划影响心理健康的作用路径进行实证研究。方法:对来自工科、理科、文科的304名大学生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS20.0和AMOS20.0软件分析数据。结果:大学生的专业认同和职业规划均对心理健康有着正向影响,心理应激在专业认同与心理健康的关系中发挥中介效应,心理应激在职业规划与心理健康的关系中发挥中介效应。
An empirical study was conducted on the effect of mental health on the speciality identity and career planning of College students,on the basis of the course of "College students career development plan". Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 304 college students from engineering, science, and liberal arts. Using SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 software analysis data. Results The speciality? identity and career planning of college students have a positive impact on mental health. Psycho- logical stress plays a mediating effect on the relationship between speciality identity and mental health. Psychological stress plays a mediating effect on the relationship between career planning and mental health.
