秋季延长下2种丁香衰老叶片光合特性的研究

摘要 采用LI-6400XT型便携式光合仪,对秋季暴马丁香(Syringa reticulata)和紫丁香(Syringa oblata Lindl.)的衰老叶片光合日变化进行观测。结果表明,暴马丁香和紫丁香的气孔导度和蒸腾速率呈极显著正相关,净光合速率和胞间CO_2浓度呈负相关;紫丁香和暴马丁香叶片Pn的日变化均为"双峰"曲线,紫丁香的第一个峰值出现在11:00,为6.789 1μmol/(m^2·s),第二个峰值出现在17:00,为7.041 2μmol/(m^2·s);而暴马丁香较明显的峰值出现在17:00,为10.186 8μmol/(m^2·s)。二者均没有"午休"现象。暴马丁香和紫丁香的光合特性差异明显,说明在秋季延长环境下暴马丁香和紫丁香相比,紫丁香具有较强的光合能力和较高的光能利用率,具有较高的竞争优势。 The photosynthesis parameters of old leaves of Syringa reticulata and Syringa oblata Lindl. were measured by using the LI-6400 XT. The results showed the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of the two syzygium aromaticum had the extremely significant positive correlation,and the photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration showed a negative correlation. The leaves of two plants photosynthetic diurnal variation curve showed the "double peaks" curve. The first peak of Syringa oblata Lindl. appeared at 11:00, reached 6.789 1 μmol/(m2·s), the second peak appeared at 17:00, reached 7.041 2μmol/(m2·s). The sharp peak of Syringa reticulata appeared at 11:00,reached 10.186 8 μmol/(m2·s). No noon break phenomenon was found in the two plants. The significant differences of photosynthetic characteristics were appeard between Syringa reticulata and Syringa oblata Lindl. Syringa oblata Lindl. had high photosynthetic capacity and high utilization of light energy than Syringa reticulata. Syringa oblata Lindl. had a high competitive advantage in the prolonged autumn.
